NEXTWave Signal Processing Lab Applications
Several example NEXTWave SPL sessions are provided below. They demonstrate the ease-of-use in constructing applications within the SPL software environment, and can serve as tutorial examples for creating customized projects. Video sessions that demonstrate NEXTWave SPL are also available for viewing on the video demonstration section.

NEXTWave SPL is used to demonstrate spectrograph display and analysis of a variety of real-world signals. (more information)
In this example NEXTWave SPL is used to design an IIR digital filter. The filter behavior is then analyzed in both the time and frequency domains. The step-by-step process shown illustrates how digital filtering can easily be accomplished within the NEXTWave SPL programming and analysis environment. (more information)
In this example NEXTWave SPL is used to acquire a real-world signal through an analog-to-digital (A/D) acquisition process. The resulting digitized signal is then analyzed in both time and frequency domains. The step-by-step process shown demonstrates the how to easily acquire data with the NEXTWave SPL programming and analysis environment. (more information)
This example demonstrates how an external data file can quickly and easily be introduced into the NEXTWave Signal Processing software environment. Once imported, the waveform signal can be processed and analyzed in both time and frequency domains. (more information)
